These Terms of Use set out the rules and responsibilities for your use of the challenges and services offered by RD Funding ("RDF", "the Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. They govern the evaluation — the challenge phase and the verification phase. They do not govern the RDF account provided after you pass the evaluation, which is governed exclusively by the RDF Account Agreement; where the two conflict in respect of an RDF account, the RDF Account Agreement prevails.
You are not obliged to use the services if you disagree with or do not understand any part of these terms. By using the website or taking part in a challenge you confirm your acceptance and agree to be bound by these terms and the policies and procedures published on the website. Any additional features or tools added to the website are also subject to these terms.
RD Funding at rdfunding.io is a simulated trading environment built to evaluate trading skill. The Company carries out no real trading with real money and provides no financial brokerage services. Financial market information is used in simulated trading, but trades are not executed on real markets and involve no actual financial risk.
None of the services provided to the client may be regarded as investment, financial, legal or other professional advice. The services are evaluation services and involve no real trading. The Company accepts no deposits, manages no real or virtual investment accounts for clients and provides no real financial services.
The entity you contract with is determined by your declared country of residence at registration, as verified through the Company’s know-your-customer procedures. Residents, nationals or persons located in the United Arab Emirates are not eligible to contract under these terms and must contract under separate terms applicable to UAE users. The Company may verify your declared jurisdiction at any time and terminate the services if you are found ineligible.
You represent and warrant that all statements about your country of residence, nationality and location are true, correct and complete. You may not use any means — including VPNs, proxy services or falsified documents — to disguise your jurisdiction or bypass geographic eligibility restrictions. Any such attempt is a material breach of these terms and entitles the Company to terminate the services immediately without refund and to pursue all other available remedies.
Certain elements of the services are supported by third-party providers engaged by the Company, including the licensed ByBit infrastructure and access to the simulated ByBit trading environment, and software, marketing, back-office and payment collection and settlement services performed by a payment agent receiving and paying out funds on the Company’s behalf. Payments received by the payment agent are received solely in that capacity.
By accepting these terms you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is correct and true. You agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations and accept full responsibility for your actions in connection with the use of the Company’s services. Registration fees are payable to access the evaluation services.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. The contents of this website are for general information only and are not professional advice of any kind; use of or reliance on these materials is at your own risk.
You acknowledge that the services and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on information provided.
Product prices may change without prior notice. The Company may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice and is not liable to you or any third party for changes, suspensions or discontinuations. This section concerns the Company’s commercial offering only — it does not entitle the Company to amend the RDF Account Agreement or the trading parameters of an existing RDF account.
The services include the 2 Step Challenge, the 1 Step Challenge and the Instant offering, together with further options described on the website. Challenge fees vary by chosen option, account size, number of phases and other relevant factors as stated on the website. The Company may limit the availability of products or services or discontinue their sale.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order placed with it; accepted orders are confirmed in writing. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information and to promptly update your account, email address and payment details. Only one registration per client is permitted — if a client is later found to hold more than one registration, the agreement may be terminated. Payments, refunds and payouts may be processed and settled through a payment agent acting on the Company’s behalf.
The Company may give you access to third-party tools that it neither monitors nor controls; use of optional tools offered through the website is at your sole risk. The website may contain links to third-party websites or services outside our control — the Company is not responsible for their content or practices, nor for any damage or loss connected with transactions on third-party websites.
You agree that the Company may use, at any time and without restriction, any comments, ideas, suggestions, images or other materials you submit. The Company may monitor, edit or remove comments but is not obliged to. You represent that your comments do not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy or personality rights.
The submission of personal data through the website is governed by the RD Funding Privacy Policy.
Certain payments on this website may be settled via Odeonpay ALE S.R.L. ("Paysagi"), acting solely as Merchant of Record for transaction settlement purposes. Paysagi is not the supplier of the goods or services. Where applicable, payment settlement is subject to Paysagi's Terms of Use, available at Paysagi Terms of Use, which are presented to customers during the payment process.
The Company must implement robust and comprehensive procedures under applicable anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing rules. KYC, customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence measures may be performed by the Company or by third-party providers on its behalf.
Know-your-customer procedures exist to verify client identity in order to prevent fraud and identity theft, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and to protect the Company and its clients against financial and non-financial risks.
KYC verification must be completed by the individual account holder only. Any attempt to verify another person’s identity or to use another person’s documents results in KYC rejection and will likely lead to account cancellation and forfeiture of paid fees.
CDD is mandatory for establishing and maintaining a business relationship and comprises verification of client identity against reliable, independent documents; understanding the nature and purpose of the client relationship; and ongoing monitoring of transactions to detect suspicious activity.
For higher-risk relationships or transactions, enhanced measures apply: obtaining additional information to understand the relationship; obtaining information on its purpose and intended nature; conducting enhanced ongoing monitoring; and obtaining senior-management approval for relationships with politically exposed persons.
The Company verifies client identity against accepted identity documents; verifies residential address where required; screens against sanctions and politically-exposed-person lists; assesses and continuously monitors client risk level; updates client data periodically; retains all KYC records in line with applicable obligations; and applies enhanced measures where circumstances require.
You may not use the website or its contents: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, national or local regulations, rules or laws; (d) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult or discriminate against others; or (f) to provide false or misleading information.
The Company does not offer its products or services — directly or through any card scheme or other payment method — in jurisdictions restricted or prohibited under applicable sanctions, anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, export-control or similar frameworks, including without limitation Russia, Myanmar, Iran, Sudan, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, Belarus, the Central African Republic, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, Somalia, South Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe, and any other jurisdiction where offering the services would be unlawful or expose the Company or its providers to regulatory or sanctions risk.
The following are prohibited on challenge accounts: trading on historical market prices; execution using an external or delayed data feed; trading on erroneous or distorted prices; inter-account trading that transfers profit between accounts, including cross-account hedging; manipulative behaviour of any kind; news-latency trading; trade stacking; arbitrage in any form; hedging challenge positions through external accounts; high-frequency trading algorithms; excessive trading in the opening and closing minutes of sessions to exploit price gaps; verbatim copy trading of other traders; exploiting technical errors or server vulnerabilities; and excessive leverage inconsistent with real-trading risk-management standards.
Trading during the release of major global news, macroeconomic events or corporate reports and results ("events") is permitted across all challenge models and is not in itself a prohibited practice. This permission does not override the other prohibitions in these terms — including arbitrage, high-frequency trading and latency arbitrage — which remain in full force regardless of proximity to an event.
Gap trading around a market closure is prohibited, including opening a position two (2) hours or less before a relevant financial market closes for two (2) hours or longer. This restriction does not limit trading around an event, which is governed by the news-trading provision.
The Company reserves the exclusive right to monitor your trading activity on and off the platform — including where a prohibited practice is suspected, where unusual or suspicious activity is observed, where data indicates concerning patterns, where reports or complaints are received, and to prevent or detect fraud. You agree to inform the Company of external trading activity that could conflict with these prohibitions, to cooperate fully with investigations, and to provide any documents or information requested.
If you engage in any prohibited practice, the Company reserves the right to void your trades, terminate your account, cancel pending profits and charge additional fees. Repeated participation in prohibited practices may lead to further legal action. The Company bears no responsibility for activity that breaches these terms and may take appropriate measures at its own discretion.
You acknowledge that the simulated trading environment is not a direct reflection of real trading markets and that material differences may exist between simulated and real trading.
The trading parameters that apply after you pass the evaluation differ from those during the evaluation and are set out in full in the RDF Account Agreement, published on the website — including a maximum floating loss per single position and the obligation to close all open positions at the end of each reference period. Neither applies during the evaluation. Read the RDF Account Agreement in full before entering into it and before trading on an RDF account.
The account balance may not fall below the maximum loss limit, measured against the initial account balance: 2 Step Challenge Phase 1 — 8%; 2 Step Challenge Phase 2 — 8%; 1 Step Challenge — 6%; Instant — 6%. Breaching a limit leads to immediate termination of the account.
You must trade on at least four (4) days in every phase of every model — 2 Step Phase 1 and Phase 2, 1 Step, and Instant.
There is no maximum number of trading days on current challenge accounts.
Trading outside market hours — weekends and public holidays when markets are closed — is not permitted. You must respect the leverage limits set for your chosen product, apply a consistent trading style throughout the evaluation, and reach the profit target published on the website for each phase and product.
In rare cases information on the website or in the service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, which the Company may correct without prior notice. Report any discrepancy or anomaly — in account details, transactions or service functions — promptly to support@rdfunding.io. Technical issues connected with a trade must be reported within three (3) weeks of occurring.
You may request a full refund of fees within 14 days of the purchase date, provided no trading transactions were carried out during that period. Once a trade is executed the right to a refund lapses automatically. Requests made after the 14-day period are not accepted.
Refunds are processed in accordance with the policies of the applicable payment providers and may be settled through a payment agent acting on the Company’s behalf. Chargeback claims are not accepted where the Company can demonstrate that the service was provided in accordance with the agreed terms. If the Company determines you have breached these refund conditions, it may reject the request or take appropriate legal action.
Contact customer support through the official channels and provide the required information.
The Company does not promise, represent or warrant that your use of its services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no event is the Company liable for losses or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties.
You agree to indemnify and defend the Company and its affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, officers, agents and staff against all claims, demands, damages, losses or expenses, including legal fees, arising from a breach of these terms or the documents they incorporate, or from a violation of any law or third-party rights.
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it remains enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part is deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Obligations and liabilities incurred before the termination date survive termination for all purposes. The Company may terminate this agreement at any time without notice if, in its sole judgement, you have failed or are unable to comply with any term or provision.
These terms, together with all policies and operating rules published by the Company on the website or in respect of the service, form the complete and exclusive agreement between you and the Company in respect of the evaluation, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements and communications. A decision not to enforce a right is not a waiver; waivers are effective only in writing and signed by the Company. Ambiguities are resolved neutrally, not automatically against the drafting party, and nothing here overrides statutory consumer-protection rights that cannot be contractually waived.
These terms and any further agreements under which the Company provides services to you are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, regardless of your place of residence. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in this clause limits rights you hold under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your habitual residence.
You are advised to know and comply fully with all local laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, as these can vary significantly. Some products or services may not be available in certain countries and jurisdictions.
The most current version of these terms is always available on the website; the Company may update, amend or replace them by posting updates. If a change materially alters the trading parameters or breach consequences of a challenge you are already enrolled in, the Company will notify you by email and in the client area at least fourteen (14) days before it takes effect, and the change applies to that challenge only after that period. Each version carries a version number and effective date, and the version you accepted is recorded and available on request.
